Mission

Description: An organization that seeks to reuse and recycle items from the television, film, and commercial production industries by either donating or renting them to appropriate nonprofit agencies and municipal organizations.

The goal of Film Biz Recycling is to instill a new, environmental standard for managing the assets used by all of New York City’s television and film productions.

Materials accepted: All surplus materials resulting from television and film productions, including, but not limited to: furniture, costumes, building materials, scenic elements, lighting and design equipment, and related raw materials.
