Mission

Eco Brooklyn Inc. is a general contractor and community outreach company passionate about using ancient and new construction technologies. Using the Zero Building Technique - salvaged materials and high efficiency - we aim to create buildings that do not consume materials to build and do not consume energy to run. Our mission is to turn NY green through cutting edge building techniques and community involvement.

How we help people and the environment:

  • We salvage construction materials for use in our own projects and for affordable resale to contractors.
  • We do green construction jobs, specializing in the Passive House, an all salvage and natural building.
  • We partner with other contractors to get the jobs and ensure the jobs are done as ecologically as possible.
  • We have a green show house in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn.
  • We make ourselves available for talks and presentations around the city.
